Shipping to the U.S., Canada, and Australia is free for orders over $149 before taxes. For orders below $149, we charge a flat rate of $25 for global expedited shipping service.

Contact Customer Service within 14 days of the receipt of your shipment and we will arrange for free return shipping to repair or replace the garments.
We want your new garments to fit. Within 30 days of receiving your shipment, if your garment requires small adjustment, bring it to your local tailor and we can offer you a rebate.
We can credit you up to $50* towards your original form of payment or give you a credit worth up to 20% of your item purchase price towards your next order. Simply contact customer service, email us your tailoring receipt, and your credit will be refunded within 3 business days.

How do I order suits here?

Step 1: Choose a suit and add it to Cart (Indicate additional alteration request in your Cart)
Step 2: Sign up for an Account with your measurements (or log-in to your account for existing customers)
Step 3: Wait for your Order Confirmation email
Step 4: Your order will be shipped to your front door within 3-4 weeks.
How long does it take to finish and ship my suit?
Your suit will be made and shipped to your front door within 3 - 4 weeks. You will receive an email notification once your suit ships. Shipping to the U.S., Canada, and Australia takes about 3 - 5 business days.
Do you ship to countries other than the U.S., Canada and Australia?
Please contact Customer Service for shipping locations other than the U.S., Canada, and Australia.
Will I be charged fees and taxes when my suit arrives?
All fees and taxes are displayed at the checkout page, what you see is what you pay. Please contact Customer Service if your package has incurred any additional charges.
What currency are the prices listed as?
All prices are in US Dollar.
Do you accept Paypal?
Our website does not automatically accept Paypal. However, if you would like to use Paypal, please contact Customer Service. A 2.5% transaction fee may apply.
Are your suits half-canvas or full-canvas?
The suits listed on our website are half-canvas. If you would like to order full-canvas suits, please contact Customer Service.
What if I want different colored buttons?
At VultureSuits, we want to accommodate our customers as much as possible. We allow an array of customization, including button colors and pocket alignment. Simply tell us what you want in Your Cart during the checkout process under 'Special Instructions'. We will notify you shortly whether your request is available.
Wait! I need to make adjustment/changes after I submitted my order. What should I do?
You usually have a 48-hour window period between order submission and our tailor cutting the fabric. You may request any changes within this time frame. For changes outside of our 48-hour period, please contact our Customer Service. Please note that changes outside of our 48-hour period are not guaranteed.
What if my suit needs small adjustment after I receive it?
Before ordering, please ensure that you follow our Sizing Guide carefully. If your garment, for any reason, requires small adjustment, please bring it to your local tailor to have it adjusted. Contact Customer Service to have your receipt emailed to us, and we can credit you up to $50 to your original form of payment. Alternatively, we can give you a credit worth up to 20% of your item purchase price towards your next order. The adjustment rebate is valid within 30 days of receiving shipment.
I need to cancel my order. What should I do?
You may cancel your order anytime within 48 hours of order submission by contacting Customer Service. For orders outside of the 48-hour period, our tailor would have already begun constructing your garments, and cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

Where can I get measuring tape?
You can get measuring tape in your local discount department stores or dollar stores.
All of our suits and coats are dry-clean only.
Where are VultureSuits clothing made?
Our garments are hand-tailored in Shanghai, China. All of our menswear are personally tailored and cut by our in-house master tailor, who has over 35 years of experience in the suit and textile industry.
How does VultureSuits compare to other similarly priced e-tailors?
Most similarly priced e-tailors produce their garments from large factories where low-paid workers work long-hour shifts in dirty factory environment. On the contrary, VultureSuits garments are hand-tailored in an old-fashioned tailor shop in Shanghai, China. Our master tailor and his team only work with high-end fabrics, and every piece of clothing from VultureSuits is personally cut by him and put together the old fashioned way by his tailoring team. There is simply no comparison at our price point.
